Wendy serves as a Performance, Compliance and Revenue Cycle Integrity Consultant for Visionary Reimbursement Solutions. Her 19 years in Ophthalmology includes all aspects of revenue cycle management.

Wendy’s compliance and performance experience has allowed her to guide numerous medical practices in successfully performing and achieving exceptional performance for MIPS/MACRA. Her experience and knowledge have also allowed her to direct medical practices during audits to avoid penalties and fines. She works with practices to identify performance issues and oversees implementation of policies, procedures and education of physicians and staff to develop better clinical documentation and workflow.

Wendy is a certified coding specialist. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmic Executives and American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators. She currently lives in South Carolina with her husband Jeff.
